First time at Cotti Coffee and it exceeded my expectations! Very unique flavors, I tried the Toffee Ceylon latte and it was delicious! Not overly sweet and a prefect balance of coffee and tea. Definitely try it out if you’re in the area!

I’m obsessed with Cotti! The quality of their drinks is superb, and at a great price too. (They usually have deals in their app). Staff is friendly, location is well-lit and modern, with WiFi. Parking can be a nuisance but there’s an underground lot. Price is great too. All the drinks I’ve tried are good but my favorite is their coco cotti half sweet, best coconut coffee I’ve ever had.

orange americano is so good!super refreshing and smooth, probably my favorite coffee drink right now, the staff here r always friendly and welcoming, and great with lots of young peopole hanging out, thanks Vincy! I come here almost everyday foe a cup, definitely recommend trying it!

Great coffee and excellent service! The drinks are always fresh and flavorful, and the staff is friendly and efficient even during busy hours. The shop is clean, comfortable, and a nice place to relax or work for a while. I especially like their creative seasonal drinks and reasonable prices. Definitely one of my favorite coffee spots. Highly recommend Cotti Coffee!

Their Americano is only $1.99, which is honestly hard to beat. Even better, new users who download and register the app can get ANY drink for just $0.99The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the store was super clean and organized. Ordering was quick and the overall experience was great.Good coffee, great service, clean environment, and very affordable prices — definitely coming back again!

Pampas Coffee is really good, but the most impressive part was the service from Karry. His service was truly 10 out of 10 — he was so friendly and patiently introduced all the promotions to me. I’m very impressed!

There new Apple Jasmine ice tea is fire. There coffee selection is so unique in flavor that you can't find at a typical coffee shop in the US. My favorite is there Tofee Hazelnut Oolong! We were so excited when they opened it in the US. Now in LA area! Definitely my go to and ya'll need to check it out.

Good unsweetened iced latte. If you order via their app, many options are $0.99 a cup . And comes with 4 coupons too! That latte is legit and easily better than avg Starbucks. But probably don’t expect all espresso drinks to be Italian standard. The sizing would not make sense for most other espresso drinks, like flat white or cappuccino. It’s more American standard. But there are lots of other choices. Service was very friendly. So 5-star for today’s experience for me. There are free Underground parking underneath the little plaza, shared with Hilton Hotel.

Great deal with this coffee brand, I joined their free app , and got my first drink only for 0.99. And 4 more coupons for next time :) they also have a promotion now, each drink is a stamp, and collect 10 to have a cup. Love it. And the drinks are so good too. I love the mongo pomelo delight
